We are fully confident in the quality of our honey products, though being pure and organic with distinct floral types, it is possible it may not suit some tastes.
We value our whole customer base and so no matter what makes you decide to return, please feel free to contact a Chaudhry Foods retail partner-store or to contact us directly through defined communication modes.
Our product return policy terms below have been developed as part of our commitment to customer trust and loyalty.

100% Cash Refunds upon accepting customer claim.

Honey Product jar shall be received back by our store retail partner.

Customer shall provide a proof of purchase.

Honey jar shall be returned back in good condition with measureable stock quantity as sold (not more than 10% as consumed by customer).

Open Honey jars shall be returned within 10 days from date of purchase, whereas packed jars shall be acceptable under the return policy within 3 months from date of purchase.

Method of payment for customer refund shall be subject to the best available payment mode in consideration of the original payment method and net receipt upon time of purchase.

In case of online purchase through our website or any social media platform and subsequent customer product return in accordance with our returns policy, it will be the company’s responsibility to arrange pickup of the Honey Product jar/s within reasonable time and convenience to the customer
